This notice explains how Prometheus Security Solutions LLC handles information submitted through this website. It applies to website inquiries and ordinary site use; signed client agreements may contain additional terms for engagement information.

Information we collect

If you submit the consultation form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, organization, work email, optional phone number, organization type, service interest, and message. The form also records the page from which the request was submitted and your acceptance of the information-use statement. We do not intentionally collect passwords, security findings, student records, health information, payment information, or other regulated or highly sensitive data through the website form.

How we use information

Inquiry information is used to respond to requests, evaluate fit, prepare a potential scope, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and protect the website. Prometheus does not sell personal information or use website inquiries for unrelated automated decision-making.

Service providers and disclosure

Website inquiries are submitted to Formspree, which performs spam filtering, stores the submission in the Prometheus Formspree account, and sends a notification to the designated Prometheus business email. Hosting, business-email, scheduling, and other service providers may also process information needed to support this website and Prometheus operations. Information may be disclosed when reasonably needed to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

Formspree retains submissions according to the plan and settings in effect; its current free tier retains submission history for 30 days. Notification emails may remain in the Prometheus Microsoft 365 mailbox according to applicable business-record and mailbox-retention needs. The website does not keep a second copy in a private site database. Prometheus uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Sensitive engagement information should be exchanged only through a method agreed after initial contact.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not use advertising trackers or third-party behavioral analytics. Essential hosting or security technologies may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service. This notice will be updated before materially different tracking is introduced.
